Latrobe Regional Hospital, Princes Hwy, Traralgon VIC 3844

Yet again I found myself at the LRH ER for treatment. A worrying Blood Pressure reading of 196/117. As always I received the utmost in care and hospitality from all of the incredibly under-pressure staff from receptionists, Nurses and Doctors. I arrived at 10.30pm and did not leave until gone 4.00am. I am an 84 year old pensioner and was among the many seeking emergency treatment. The Staff are under enormous pressure and I would advise all patients to be patient. My thanks to all of them again for their kind attention to my problem. I am deeply grateful.

Spent the last 6 days there, 5 of which were at Bass Ward. The nurses in that ward went above and beyond to make sure that all my patient needs were met, and were only to happy to help me, no matter what the situation. Some of the doctors there could learn a thing (or ten!) from these awesome nurses. They were able to explain more to me than said doctors! One nurse was also awesome at wound dressing, and another nurse was willing to change my sheets after having the sweats, no matter what time it was in the early hours. Thank you for making my stay in Bass Ward as comfortable and friendly as possible.
