Been waiting for them to call me for an appointment but havent heard anything for them and its been about 3 to 4 months this is a joke

Staff are amazing and very helpful as is the specialist I see, the only issue with this place is if you are trying to ring in be prepared to wait on hold for over an hour and sometimes get cut off after waiting so long, its quicker to drive there and make your appointment in person.

This place is disgraceful everytime I have called I've been on hold for 45+ mins only to have someone answer and put me straight on hold again for a further 15mins. I have tried again today 50mins on hold to be hung up on before speaking to ANYONE!!! I have been waiting for my appointment for 2+ months now without a peep from anyone here. This is beyond a joke if I could rate in the minus stars I would!

Trying to make phone contact with this health service relies on you having lots of time to sit on the end of a phone, thats if you are lucky enough for your call to connect and get on the wait line. If you are waiting at 12noon your call will be immediately switched to leave a message- I presume as its lunchtime ( after a 35 minute wait), if you are still waiting at 4.30 you get a message that says the consulting suites are now closed, this was after a 45 minute wait. The service is great once you speak to someone, if you are lucky enough to get to that stage.
