I feel welcomed on arrival, the clinician is supportive and knowledgeable as are all staff, reports are available, I am seen to the foyer in a pleasant manner as I leave.

NOT IMPRESSED. She did a pre employment check and put down things that are incorrect (not fact!)!. Only spent 5 mins with me and it was like she didn't care - it was like ... more

Very rude. Was calling for help and information as having issues with my doctor and was hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
