Hollie Drive Medical Centre

I would just like to say that Lauren who is in reception is a lovely person and really knows her job. She is friendly and when you hear her on the phone talking to anyone she is so professional and really makes people feel at ease either on the phone or in the clinic.

Very disappointing clinic. They have available appointments but won't let you book them if you haven't already been there. So the appointments go unused. Great use of the health care system

The reception staff member I dealt with was extremely rude, pushy, and unhelpful. My son was extremely unwell and crying, and the condescending attitude I received from her due to his noise, almost left me speechless. Instead of making a scene, which I'm almost sure she wanted me to do, I left, on the verge of tears myself, with my sick son unseen to. I will not return.
