        Horrible experience .... right from purchase, phone calls to collection ..... much better to buy from physical store ... you dont know what you would be getting and there is no chance of return / exchange .... on top of that you will not know when your order would be ready for collection ... when message will come, they wont specify timings of collections ... collection store times are different .. theirs are different .... total confusion .... oh and last thing .. did I say, third grade rude staff ...
