        Ivy Muse made my online shopping experience a pure delight. Jacqui was an amazing help dealing with a small issue I had. When my vase arrived it was packaged with the utmost care and was beyond my expectations. Beautifully made and of excellent quality. I can highly recommend Ivy Muse. Fantastic service.

        Received the package as a present in Sydney. The airplant was fine though there were no instructions which was a bit confusing. More importantly, the chocolate was expired by two weeks. Which honestly, is a bit embarrassing as it was a gift. Worse yet, when my partner sent a complaint to tell them of this expired chocolate, they basically mentioned a thank you. Well let dispatch know. I dont know how a company that can revel in good customer service and above average prices could think that this kind of response was satisfactory. Very disappointed.
