Not helpful at all. I would avoid at all cost. I have an ongoing fault for 6 months with an EPC light which can only be diagnosed when the fault is present. They wont help diagnose the fault when present - I have to book an appointment, likely when not present! What a joke. Waverley VW - completely different story. Happy to help. Take your business there instead of this place!

Decided to use VW service to repair the damaged wing mirror on my 2010 Golf R - I purchased the car from new from the same VW dealership (same garage, maybe owner of the dealership has changed hands). Went through the dealer's order process - had to wait a week while they obtained and painted the correct parts. Received several text messages reminding me to turn up. Turned up. VW took receipt of my car. Got home, to receive a message that VW had the colour wrong on the replacement part (wing mirror cap). They then tried to tell me that I had non-factory parts (I did not, it came from the factory like that) and tried to tell me I was the second owner (I was not, I had the car from new) - they should have known both of these facts already..given they sold the car to me in the first place..but..hey ho ! I've never had a great experience with the VW dealership - but figured I'd use them for this relatively "simple" fix..however, they just reminded me why I no longer trust them to do any work on my car. Had them return my car and refund the 100% "deposit" for the parts - refund took them 2 attempts too - first time, they called me to say my bank details were incorrect..turns out, my bank details were just fine..it just takes them 2 attempts to do anything..including refunds ! Of course, the refund was less the 1.1% fee charged for paying them by credit card (the only option to pay, as far as I recall!) - but hey, at least they cleaned my car before they returned it - so let's say the 1 star is for that ! Has been years since I've tried to use VW to work on my car, won't try again. Now booked in with Volkwerke..who know how to look at a photograph ! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim
