I was informed by Careyou to return the item to them for a full refund, less postage costs. I did this as instructed and the refund was processed efficiently. Bought 4 Americana resin outdoor folding chairs. The price is very reasonable and this is probably the only online store that put a straight price on their website without having to go through the quoting process. The shipping time was fairy good as well considering the order was placed between Christmas/New Year period. The only reason they didnt get a 5 star from me is the fact that 3 out of 4 chairs had scuffs and signs of wear ranging from minor to obvious level, indicating the chairs probably werent stored with great care in their storage warehouse. However the function of the chairs werent compromised.
