Steven is very knowledgeable about his products and has an exclusive collection of furniture that is not usually found elsewhere . He is always very courteous , helpful and will always follow up on things . He kept us informed about timelines and even arranged delivery to regional Victoria ! His products are exclusive and competitively priced . I will always go back to him for all my furniture requirements .

        ID GIVE A 0 IF I COULD. Ordered a bed frame that has already broken. Material isnt good at all. Staff there are not helpful at all. Told Them I need a replacement sent out as its under warranty and they said they would get back to me. Months went by and I heard nothing so I reached out to Steven only to find out that they havnt made it and they are finding a new wearhouse to make the part. They told me it would be shipped out by mid September. Its now mid October and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. Very disappointed by this company. WOULDNT RECOMMEND
