        Shoes are very comfortable..but I am never going back to this store..better off buying from other Naturalizer outlets or shopping centre. The manager who is authorised to do returns and exchanges only comes on a Sunday, which the customer has to adjust with the 7 day return & exchange policy. So no returns & exchanges on weekdays because manager isn't around. This store has the worst policy and customer service. Not worth it coming to this store. Insisted that I get a size 7 when I am an 8.

        very good experience with the sales lady...She was so accommodating and responsive. she helped me out to select my shoes with full understanding of my needs and wishes. unfortunately I do not remember her name otherwise I would have praise her by name.
