Shockingly bad experience. Very bad customer service. I bought what was claimed high quality backpack. Quick check out in the store didnt reveal anything wrong, however packing at home revealed quite poor quality of stitches and grossly inconvenient and possibly wrongly designed supporting back platform. At least not suitable for my back. Next day refund was refused and only offered exchange but all models had the same design. Maliciously non emphatic and non helpful staff.

Really great selection of hiking boots and even better service! I had no clue about hiking boots walking in but I was served by Monz and she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions which made my experience so much easier. Have since worn my hiking boots and I love them. Recommended this store to my friend who also purchased a pair and is a very happy chap.

Was served and helped by monz who was absolutely amazing and funny! Helped me out so much in picking my first hiking shoes. Didnt even try to rip me off when I was looking at a more expensive side of shoes and she told me I wouldnt be needing it for the kind of hike that I was going to. Banter was great, customer service was even better. 10/10 experience! :)
