Save yourself some time and skip this specialist. They cancel important surgerys last minute and leave you in the dark. The team are incredibly unprofessional and they gave out my personal information to a third party without getting permission from me. Huge waste of time and money! UPDATE: I was able to get an appointment with ENT GROUP in Mt Waverley and the beautiful staff and surgeons at that Clincs scheduled me in for surgery just before Christmas 2022. Thanks for cancelling on me Deborah! I saved over $8k and had a much more pleasant experience dealing with Professionals at ENT Group. GO TO ENT GROUP if you need a ENT that cares.

After 4 months of waiting for my appt, the receptionist calls to tell me that Dr Amott has just today, 3 hours before my appointment, reviewed my referal (tinnitus and nerve damage) and decided she can't help, despite running a dedicated tinnitus clinic, specialising in facial nerve problems and without any prior consultation. No apology. I had taken the day off work, organised babysitter, and waited for 4 months. She could have told me she wasn't able to assist when I booked the appointment, so that I could arrange an alternative ENT. Just so happens my appointment was at 12.40. Long lunch?? Complete disregard for patients as people.

Dr Arnott is rude, arrogant and doesnt accept her errors. She seems like an angry person with no social skills.

Deborah is amazing! Her bedside manner and care for her patients is second to none. Talking from experience with my son and ENT surgery. Highly recommend her!
