        The medical team, nurses, and staff were always caring, very friendly, and focused on our well-being. Cant thank them enough for all the attention, care, and professional help they provide for us during this time. The unit was very well equipped, and very comfortable, it even had a balcony to enjoy the sun and some fresh air during this insolation time. Food was also great, generous, and tasty, they had different options for each meal and took into consideration the diet my parents need because of their condition. Extremely grateful to the staff and facilitators.

        A wonderful asset to have near Melbourne for those that cant isolate safely. Food was amazing and freshly prepared. Nice big TV in the room with chrome cast for all your streaming needs. All the staff I came across/spoke to on the phone were helpful and friendly. Felt well looked after while I was sick.
