Burberry

Upon entry we waited for someone to greet us then made our way up to RTW women. Unfortunately they did not have stock of the pieces I really liked. The sales associate was friendly but I felt they could have offered some of their own styling expertise to the picture, and also offering suggestions regarding what suited me and what did not. The clothing sizes seemed inconsistent between dresses and skirts. The sizing I feel has become smaller through the hips. I wasn't too impressed with the collection available considering there is now a new Creative Director. I expected to see more lace dresses than the lace skirt that was there.

What an absolutely stunning store!!! Gorgeous in every way and the in-house barista makes some incredible coffee. The only problem which is a pretty big one, is that if youre a guy with very broad shoulders like myself, you cannot try on anything. I really wanted to try on some tops and coats, but they only stock up to size 50 which I could even get over one shoulder. Apparently, their policy is to order online and if the sizing or style isnt for you, to return it. Im sorry, but part of the fun of being able to splurge on Designer brands is the in-store shopping experience. This was really disappointing and I hope Burberry listen and have all their sizes in store and get rid of such a ridiculous policy.

Walked in without an appointment and lisa (i hope i remember her name properly) was really helpful and patient. She showed my the entire collection of canvas and made me try all of them. Definitely one of the best experience I ever had :)
