Recently bought a suit. I received a tremendous amount of help from Ras. He helped me with every part of the suit, and got it tapered it perfectly. Really appreciated it.

Jackson has been helpful throughout the process. Called 24 hours in advance to arrange a suit for a friend that is part of the bridal party. The person on the phone said they would make notes in the diary and on their system. No notes were made and the store didnt attempt to assist in anyway when we spoke with them on the day the friend was meant to collect his suit. When we tried to call the store, the salesperson of the day said that he had 4 clients to help and couldnt assist. Why did he bother picking up the phone? Go elsewhere, somewhere that values customer service.

First time at MJ Bale & staff certainly is experienced when it comes to Apparel/Suitings. Would definitely trust them with suits. Eleanor was a great help!
