        All my experiences with the Dept of Veterans' Affairs have been very satisfactory. I just make one observation, why refer to it as Veterans' Affairs Dept of? It's confusing and serves no obviously useful purpose. I suspect it's grammatically incorrect and it reminds me of the army where everything you were issued with was xxxx for the use of. For example 'one bayonet for the use of', one set of webbing for the use of and so on. I didn't understand that either. Why not just refer to it as Dept of Veterans' Affairs?
