After more than two years of weekly refugee actions outside of the Department of Home Affairs, it has decided enough is enough and moved out of Cassalden Place. This is how Home Affairs deals with adverse publicity. You would think it would be cheaper for them to do the right thing by refugees, and release them into the community so that they can get on with their lives as Australian citizens. But no, thats not how Home Affairs operates. They would much rather move their operations to a far flung corner of the city than be the subject to scrutiny. Today we were approached by building security and asked why we are continuing our protest outside Cassalden Place, and our answer to them and everyone else is why not? While Home Affairs has moved from Lonsdale Street we aint moving anytime soon, at least until every refugee and asylum seeker is finally liberated and living in this country as free people.

I love how these losers make it so no contact details are available for people out of Australia. No non bot chat option, no email address no phone no nothing. Useless as! Avoid having to get a visa from Australia at all costs they are very discriminative and make it impossible to sort or dispute a issue as they refuse to help or give contact details. Just keep sending me a link to there website, I've already applied for a visa so clearly I've been to the website. In my opinion, don't holiday in Australia all they do is fight and make excuses to blame others.

Gemma was very rude. Tried getting a date estimate on citizenship to go back to home country. Waited an hour to only be told I should look up advice online myself. Tone of her voice was fake, literally minutes after being rude.

Me and my partner have juts rang up about his citizenship and have rang up mutable time to talk with you all to resolve the problem as to why u rejected us five times when we have all the information not only that but the person who was serving us hardly listened to a word we said then hung up. This is disgusting he needs this stuff to get a licence and to get training courses for his work. It is pathetic how you guys treat people and if you don't want to work at your job simply don't I would hope for a ring back and have one of you guys help us but at this pipnt we see you all as useless employees who dotn care about there customers.
