Awful customer service. Unable to call them because their line was out of service everytime it was open. I had an appointment and they cancelled 20 minutes before when I had already arrived. They said they were going to call to reschedule and I never got a call. Went in to resolve it and they turned me away.

This is madness we do not know how to define these people, and believe me I have heard stories 1000 times worse, I am ashamed and I apologize to all the Italians in Melbourne for these people if we can call them that, sorry, these workers are not Italian or if I'm sorry again but I'm just the ignorant part sent here as there was no where to recommend them (Original) La pi scioccante esperienza mai vissuta , tante storie in giro di come sia gestito e amministratori ma mai credevo cos scioccante, le parole non anno valore nel parlare di questo uffici che dovrebbe aiutare gli italiani, mi vergogno di chiamarmi italiano se lo sono loro, prima cosa allentrata trovi una forza dellordine che lavora in un posto dove 80% non parla italiano specialmente nuova generazione, nel momento in cui mia moglie gli parlava ci ferma dicendo che non capisce ho scrive in inglese come fa ha parlare se deve intervenire non capisce come stato assunto , anche per fare il carabiniere in Italia deve conoscere linglese poi lunico lavoro al mondo dove si lavora 12 h settimanali, mio pap stava per morire grave veramente, volevo fare passaporto italiano, mi chiedono se vuoi urgente , hai bisogno di un certificato medico di pap, no problem, lho avevo gi con me , sono nato in Italia , ho fatto il militare mi sono diplomato in Italia, mi chiede la cittadinanza italiana, mai avuta non ho bisogno, e mi dice non perch nasce in Italia sei italiano mi dice che solo loro possono deciderlo facendo richiesta etch e mi faranno sapere in un appuntamento pi di 2 anni di attesa ed era urgente, quando cercavamo di spiegare che si pu richiedere urgente passaporto in casi cos, dovrebbe sapere lavora la ( insomma lavora, mentre che parlavamo mi dice 10 minuti son passati deve andare , non ho finito, con una arroganza ma tanto ignorante mi dice che non gle ne frega forse meglio se compro un iPad e vedo mio padre, pap sfortunato e morto no non sono riuscito ha dirglielo ti voglio bene , grazie all incompetent place, till now is nothing we can do??? Questa pazzia non sappiamo come definire queste persone, e credetemi ho sentito storie 1000 volte peggio, mi vergogno e mi scuso io con tutti gli italiani in Melbourne per queste persone se cos possiamo chiamare, scusa, questi lavoratori per dire non sono italiani o se lo sono scusate di nuovo ma sono solo la parte ignorante mandata qui perch non cera dove raccomandarli
