The phone numbers listed all go to recordings. There is no one to talk to get any instructions. If one goes to the website there are private entities that offer their services, which the taxpayer funded public service should provide, for very high charges. Truly disappointed with the service.

It is time for a total review of the service department or lack there of, we are after all humans and the customer service here is only suitable for a robot. What about the poor elderly that have no idea how to navigate your system. Not stars worthy at all.

We had to get passports urgently to go to a funeral and they were very kind and professional All done within a week Lots of rude offensive badly behaved customers there I was sorry what the staff have to put up with

The worst people I have ever had to deal with. They sent me a CNI but forgot half the certificate SOMEHOW and so far ive been waiting nearly 3 weeks for just a reply, you cant even talk to them. Basically my whole life has been put on hold from their screw up. This place should be abolished.
