Hopeless place to lodge your complaint. Dr Milla from Ismile Balwyn issued a dental plan to my child which when I seek for second opinion, Ive been told they wouldnt even do that for their own kids!!! Why the money driven dentist can keep working to harm others??

I reported Dr Milla from Ismile Balwyn for her over service on my teeth who drilled six holes on my good teeth and filled as cosmetic fillings without my consent!! She lied to me that its to make my teeth stronger and I got cavities but I didnt have any cavities indeed. Her procedure caused serious harm on my teeth as it ruined my biting balance and made me to suffer both mentally and physically. She also wanted to put a crown on another good back tooth of mine which other dentists told me no need at all! She did everything purely for profit but not for clinical purposes which doesnt not in line wiz the code of conduct!! She does the same thing to other patients which put the public into the risk. However, AHPRA took half a year to review my case and told me Dr Milla did not do anything wrong!!! I asked them for a review, they were like they keep their original decision. But indeed they did not even care. Why AHPRA exist then? If you cant do anything for innocent victims, why wastes our tax money to work in a nice building but dont do anything to protect us?? Why there are so many complaints against dentists nowadays?? Who gave them the confidence to do over service??No wonder why Dr Milla was so confident to lie to us, threatening us by calling the police and kicked us out when I went back to ask for an explanation for her procedure!! Because Ahpra protects her dishonest behaviour! I feel so much better to see all the true 0 star reviews!!! I cant agree more!

I don't trust Aphra I had my reumatology Sussan Randall for over 7 weeks not describing humira injection to help me for my rheumatoathritis contidion and that worsen my health condition my review towards Aphra is 0 they cover specialist and practitioners wrong act you need to change

Shocking service absolute disgrace, they lie and they dont investigate when they say they do, they support the drs who have are being investigated. OMG get rid of them
