I've lived here since March 2020, and I am so grateful that I got to move in just before all the lockdowns hit. The staff were great in making sure that every shared space was well managed and clean. The premises is wonderfully maintained with the building management staff making sure everything from the floor polish to the condition of the indoor plants is tip top. The friendliness of staff and attention to detail of the concierge is wonderful, especially with more items being delivered to my home now. The location is fantastic, so now we are all out and about again the proximity to the St Kilda road trams that run directly to the city almost every 5 minutes is amazing convenience. I'm even considering buying another property in this building.

This has been they worst rental experience of my life. The staff that monitor/maintain this building either think they are running a concentration camp or jail and require urgent training in customer service not that I believe any formal training may assist the manner in which they conduct themselves. I strongly advise having nothing to do this place weather it be purchasing property or renting. The staff are rude, violent and abusive which are probably there better qualities. In particular Ramesh the building manager who is rumoured to pay more attention to the cameras than what's needed especially near the gym and female toilets
