Rooms: Dirty building and even dirtier amenities. Pool or gym are not clean enough to use. Safety: My apartment was burgled, about 10.000 dollars of value stolen, neither police nor landlord did anything to catch perpetrators. They promissed bull**** and that's what they delivered. Walkability: Walkable to CBD but at least one elevator is broken 85-90% of the time, so it will take you between 5 and 15 minutes to get out of the building or back in. Noteworthy details: Underground garage has two elevators and one is broken 75% of the time, making it a real challenge to know how long it takes one to get out with the car or to get back in. Garbage chute broke ten days ago and is still not fixed.

Stay away from the middle lift if you can, in the last month alone I've been in it on 4 separate occasions when it's malfunctioned, fallen a metre or so and then just slowly opened the doors before closing them again and continuing on it's merry way or ejecting us on a random floor. Leaving this here so if anyone gets hurt the lawyers can use it as evidence we've told them about it but nothing gets fixed, even oh&s issues.
