WHSmith - Melbourne T4 (Gate 1)

Prices here are out of control, even for an airport. This is the place to go if you want to get ripped off AND served by rude staff at the same time. Water is $8.50 and if you use the self service it says the same price but it's a scam because they add a sneaky surcharge without notifying you. I asked the staff why there's not a notice saying a surcharge will be applied and the she just ignored me. I saw one customer so upset they spit on the floor in disgust

This news agent company now operate a cafe T1 Melbourne airport called long shot. Not cafe operates. Good concept but lacking the right equipment and experienced staff to deliver. 30 mins for a toasty 1 cooker!!! Feel sorry for the team and their apologies they have to give to every customer. Good team just need a cafe operator to help them, not a book seller

Nice store but the prices are prohibitively expensive. Most items here cost more than they would to buy on a plane.

Really Ill mannered and rude staff! Super expensive stuff even for an airport. The lady at register turned her face away after taking payment

5:29am and not even open to receive bad service! Says it opens at 4:30am on the website. Update needed.
