Walked in with very little idea of what I wanted, but Jen helped me find the perfect ring! She was very informative and friendly, made what was for me an overwhelming decision a very easy one! They also had great christmas sales on at the time. Thank you so much jen!

I visited Goldmark Wendouree today, I was looking for something very specific. I was greeted by two lovely team members. I would like to acknowledge Lucy as she went above and beyond to assist me, Lucy had great knowledge of stock and suitable styles. It has been a long time since -I have received this friendly, engaging and positive customer service. Extremely happy with my purchases. Thanks heaps!

The store manager has no idea what she is talking about. Informed me that silver rings are not able to be resized, if they are there would be a black line where it is joined, suggested that I exchange my ring for a pair of earrings (never mind if the ring was significant) where the stones fall out twice, first time after two days and the second time after one day even after her personal guarantees that the stones on the earrings wouldn't fall out. Attempting to return the earrings proved impossible as even within the other two associate stores within the centre there was no one authorised for an exchange present so I was told to come back later. Which I will not be returning. Now in discussions with head office to rectify.
