Location is super convenient to the tram and all the Kew High Street shops! The Room is amazing! Tidy, clean, has windows, air-conditioner, TV, bathroom and kitchen! Staff are super friendly and helpful (Especially Ivan at reception! He is fantastic and has helped me so much even on his off-days, he deserves a raise) Would highly recommend this place, I even extended my stay another week it is so good, and the price is great also.

I dont think some of the reviews here are real. This place does not match its description and I think the photos were taken when the dirty place was first built. We had to pay a $100 deposit for the electronic entry card which wasnt mentioned at booking. The room was dirty. The amount of filth next to the fridge was disgusting. The fan above the cooktop was covered in grease and dripping below. The smell of bleach when we got there had us opening the windows and leaving the room as we would have been overwhelmed had we stayed. There are steep stairs to get to rooms with no lift, none of which was mentioned at booking. We paid $250 a night, which I admit is not the most expensive motel but the price was doubled due to it being a busy weekend. Even at $119 a night you would be paying too much. If youre thinking about staying here, dont. EDIT: the response from the owner to my review is total rubbish, we left the room cleaner than we found it. As for ruining the bedding that is absolutely ridiculous, mind you they are only fit for the op shop at best.
