The showers was great but there needs another drain cause the shower door won't stop swinging and it overs flows cause all the towels were soaked the wifi good the first night then we had no wifi poor cutlery set and why do you have a dishwasher there's no soap stuff to put in it, really awesome the veiw tho but one thing I hate is that white noise in the hall the tv was s***. That's why poor service over well it's good

Night manager gave my room key code to other guests so these two men walked into my room at 10pm while I was laying in bed. I called night manager and he fixed it but not not a good experience.!!

Been waiting a month for our deposit so I could write this review. First thing I would like to point out is all the photos of the place must be 15yrs old because none of it looks anything like that now. First thing youre welcome to out the back in the car park is a van in the corner spray painted and some boarded up windows. Second is the reception office also hiding out the back with a very rude receptionist who must have known before we did that we wouldnt like the place. We hired 2 rooms. 1 for my partner and I, and the other was for our daughter and her partner. Turns out we were in different buildings from each other. My partner and I got our swipe card plus a card with PIN numbers just incase the cards dont work. My daughter had to wait an hour for her room to be ready as it hadnt been cleaned (check in 2 - 2:30pm we arrived at 3pm). Here is a description of the rooms. They both smelled so bad, carpet was stained, the fridges were empty apart from the freezer all iced up, patched up holes in the walls, the beds had yellow stained doonas in between 2 flat sheets (daughter had blood stains on her sheets), the step into the bathroom was a tripping hazard, the bench was dirty and stained, the stove top was stained (daughters was just sitting on the bench with cord laying there), there was black hair all over the tiles in the bathroom and shower, the shower head was caked in white scum, the mirror was only half washed as when it steamed you could see the finger writing from the past people, only one flusher working on the toilet, windows dont lock, mould and water damage on widow ledge, key cards didnt work, the windows in staircase was covered in webs, this place has no lifts, I saw on some sites the rooms have dvd players and Foxtel (well Im guessing the person before us took them and the tv remote because they were all missing), some dirty cups in cupboards, 1 drinking glass to share, room service didnt come to our our the daughter room to clean at all for the 4 days we stayed. Overall, it was an unpleasant place to stay and by no means worth the money we paid.
