Hepburn Spa Pavilions

The villa was gorgeous and spacious. The high ceiling, glass wall situation on the first floor is just peak cozy vacation vibes! The rooms were beautiful for couples but the transparent bathroom and no door bathroom made for some awkwardness among the non-couple family members :D The villa is well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a getaway. The aesthetic is cozy, warm, luxurious, and deep relaxation. It's great value for money for a family or two couples. The spa itself might benefit from a bit of an instruction leaflet for newbies.

Even the weather was awful, we still enjoyed our 3 days holiday in this accommodation. Everything youll need during your stay is well provided. And the kitchen is full of all kinds of utensils. The decoration is awesome, fits well with its natural view, definitely worth the price(the mattress is super comfy). WIFI is great, and they have all accounts logged in ready to go on both downstairs and upstairss TV. Just when I thought it cant be any better, they post me back my staff that I forgot to pack for free

Like: the interior design, timber frame and high ceiling that is more like in natural to relax. Dislike: Internet was super slow and cut off all the time. Basically WIFI and P/W provided was not working. The mattress was too soft and I couldnt sleep well at all. I have low back disks problem used to sleep on firm mattress but fine with most hotel mattress firmness. This one was extra soft. It may doesnt bother some ppl but if you had back problem, be aware of this. Kitchen paper and Glad wrap were run out after one day as only small amount left and no tissue box at all.
