Gus did my spinal surgery L3/4, L4/5 Discectomy Laminectomy at the Austin hospital in 2012, Fantastic outcome from where I was. If I ever need advice or treatment again for a back problem I would be going to Gus. Thank you Gus

I am responding because of a review by a mr Ace I can only express my experience with dr GONZALVO I had seen 3 other specials for what seemed to me a severe and painful lower back problem that made me incapable of walking especially up or down stairs My wife checked our Dr GONZALVO and thought we would try to see him His staff were excellent in their efficient operation of the admin side of his office The advice by the other specialists , neurosurgeon and orthopaedics recommended 3 of my lower discs be fused I attended to see Dr GONZALVO who felt that after examination it was unlikely that fusion would be required but he asked whether I would consent to a fusion if absolutely necessary once in the operating theatre I gave that consent . After the operation Dr Gonzalvo advised me that ,it was as he thought , unnecessary to fuse the discs He did what he did in the operating theatre and in the same day I was walking up and down stairs This was in March 2013 I have been pain free with total free movement I play all sports , I run and also play tennis I am now 69 years Old I can not recommend Dr Gonzales highly enough Firstly as a specialist surgeon and as a gentleman at all times Thank you Dr GONZALVO Keep doing your great work

I had a lower back problem that did not respond to non-surgical treatment. Mr Gonzalvo guided me through the treatment without rushing to surgery. We had good rapport and I was well informed on each step of the way. Surgical treatment was required and has been very successful. Mr Gonzalvo and his team were very professional and made me feel comfortable and reassured. I highly recommend Gus Gonzalvo, spinal surgery specialist.

He is rude, arrogant and does not understand customer service. Definitely no mistake.

Have had a consultation with Mr Gonzalvo that was very promising.Finally someone who said they could do something. He then referred me to a spinal consultant, Mr Graeme Brazenor for a second opinion; he was also wonderful. After years of negativity, I finally have hope, real hope. Cannot wait to post another positive review, post surgery
