Dr. Tim Baker - ENT Specialists Group

It was the worst specialist I have ever seen. The total consultation is less than 10mins and with very inpatient attitude. I told him my right ear always feel the sound like cracker. He told me thats not my ear but my nose problem. He did conchoscope of my of my nose and tell me my nose function not good and the consultation finished. When I go to reception pay the bill it cames $400 which was more than the expected price. The reception said because he did conchoscope. But he should tell me it will charge $160 then I will choose not do it. And he only did one of my nose, is that mean both nose will charge $320? I followed his instruction to use nasal spray for my nose. But the ear craker sound still exist and never go away. Now I have to book another ear specialist and wait on the long queue, and spend money again.

Dr Timothy Baker was so welcoming on my first appointment and took the time to explain everything about my medical issue. He went through my CT scan and explained everything in great detail and really made sure I understood my medical issue. He has a great bedside manner, treated me with care and respect. I would see him again if needed, and would recommend him as a great doctor for anyone with ENT issues.

I Went to Tim baker with a ear issue. He was very professional and did a great job resolving issue. I would highly recommend.
