        Why aren't these doctors in prison?! Watch the 60 Minutes Special. It's shocking! Incompetent, narcissistic doctors! If you value your health, don't go there!

        If I could give them 0 star, I would. I booked and paid over $20,000 for my procedure which was first postponed as Dr Reza no longer worked there, and then the company was suspended. I felt uncomfortable to go ahead with the procedure after this, especially when a new Doctor was going to be in charge of the procedure. It has now been almost 5 months since I've been contacting them about getting a full refund and they still have my money. Please do not spend a single cent on this company!

        If I could zero I would. Unprofessional. Unsanitary. Disgusting service. I have been scammed by cosmos. They took my money. They wont give it back even thought it was promised to be in my account months ago. I have taken legal action. No one gets back to me. No one cares. They are still doing procedures daily with their other clinics yet cant refund a deposit. Melbourne clinic has closed down. Double bay NSW wont even get back in contact with me. All the cosmos are the same. Theyre all saying they are waiting for the finance team to respond. Didnt realise it takes 6 months to hear back from them. This is disgusting, I wouldnt even recommend my worst Enemy here. All they do is take your money or butcher you. GIVE US BACK WHAT IS OURS.

        Lately the worst customer service. My surgery was done so dodgy and they refuse to do it again. $17,000 down the drain. They do not return calls or messages. Eventually today they replied: "Unfortunately Melbourne Cosmos Clinic is currently un staffed at the moment. The clinic is currently closed. Kind Regards, Cosmos Clinic " That is disgusting, they put me through hell, lost my confidence, I am very lumpy all over
