Disappointing service. Never at any stage did they offer a refund or apologise. I had no time to wait around as I work in a scheduled environment and had to return to work. The fact they are saying in their response that I didn't give them a chance to rectify the situation is a false one. No apology or offer of a refund was given. No I won't be back. Thank you. There is honestly no one capable of providing any service in the Geelong CBD anymore. Every single restaurant makes mistakes all the time. I was clear that it had to be take away.

Highly recommend awesome service and absolutely amazing food it was beautifully presented and tasted incredible, staff were amazing and really look after their customers, we will be coming back a lot more

BEST IN TOWN EXPERIENCE ALWAYS a great vibe, talented staff with personality, yummy food and seriously good coffee. Just saw the guy who rated them one star - totally unjustified! He was delivered the same friendly service that I receive every day. Try them out! You won't be disappointed
