Unfortunately the rude front desk lady muni charged incorrectly then consistently wouldnt let me speak or explain myself as to why I was being charged for something I didnt order. After explaining I didnt receive the food, she rolled her eyes and said dont worry dont worry I wont charge you then with no apology or understanding around the situation. Asked her several times to stop and let me speak but she wouldnt stop talking and saying dont worry dont worry putting her hand up~ I wont charge. I was happy to pay the full price appose to special price as apparently I forgot to mention that I wanted the special - this was not the problem though. The problem is the full price item they charged me for I did not receive either but was being charged for it. Then was told that I should have listed the items of exactly what it was that I wanted, and I wasnt clear enough so ingredient by ingredient . She also proceeded to blame it on the waitress who was actually quite helpful and said she took my order wrong. Zero accountability and no people skills. After two years of coming to the cafe, I wont be returning
