I called and asked if there was an appointment available by any chance on the day, and the response was a one-word No. I asked, if there might be anything for the next day, the response was a one-word No. You work at a medical clinic where people who call are either suffering or are with someone who is suffering. I think some kindness and way of speaking would be helpful?

Cant say I loved my experience here. Waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Got taken in for a pre test that I had to pay for on the spot after the test was done with no pre warning Id have to pay extra. Finally saw the specialist, no apology for the wait, and not much explanation as to how I live and deal with my current issue. I appreciate being seen but the patient courtesy was pretty shocking. The receptionist was friendly but I could see many patients getting frustrated as everyone in the room had waited at least an hour to be seen.

As a long-term patient of Dr Uren, I can attest to his and his team's dedication to a great outcome for those they care for. I can't recommend these guys enough.
