Did not explain prep procedures properly and I spent several days prepping for no reason. Then put me under general anaesthesia for no reason because they didn't ask if I had actually been cleared out. This could have been avoided if they just followed procedure and communicated properly rather than make assumptions. Having medical practitioners work on you while under general anaesthesia and having them make assumptions rather than follow scientific procedures is most likely going to result in people dying at this place if they haven't already. I would fear for my life if I had to come back here.

Wonderful staff and great surgeon and anaesthetist - comprehensive report after the procedure. Highly recommend.
