I'm surprised with all the bad comments, and only about receptionist or wait time, how about the consultation service provided? Dr Anh Le is the best doctor I've ever met. She's extremely nice, caring , knowledgable and efficient . I agree each of her appointment is longer than a standard GP hence the complaint about the wait, but she did a lot with myself for one visit, she asked a lot of questions to figure out about my sickness, she called to Dorovitch Pathology to get my blood test result with other GP, then call straight to specialist to book appointment for me. One time visit with her equal to 3 time visits at other place. I was told that she discovered and cured some patients' illness that took them longtime with other GPs without knowing what the real problems were. I now feel I finally found my family doctor and I'm in a good hand. Yes she has a lot of patients because she is good and so the wait but it worths it.

My mother had an appoinment about 2 months ago but was kept waiting for over an hour. Just today my mother walked in its now 1143 am waiting for almost 2 hours. They dont run by appoinments. Disgraceful how they run the practice. Poor receptionist trying to keep people calm.
