I was renting in Elsternwick and Lucy was the bridge between myself and the landlord. Lucy always went above and beyond to ensure our lease was going well. One day that even involved coming to our place when we were having hot water issues. Every time I had an issue and called her she would always get back to me as quick as possible and was great at communicating with the landlord. Makes you feel at complete ease knowing you have support in case any issues arise. Would definitely recommend Lucy for any tenant.

Leonard is a true expert in real estate with a remarkable amount of knowledge and experience. He is a fantastic communicator, and is very engaging. Selling property can be stressful at any time, but it was even more so during this pandemic.
