Ive attempted to reach out a few times and unable to get through

Having recently started my rental search, l found a townhouse of interest and decided to visit Biggin Scott Elsternwick in person. Although I was engaged in conversation with a perfectly lovely receptionist, (hence the saving grace of the one star), the second receptionist (Gayle) decided to intervene and as l found out later, provide me with inaccurate information. I found her manner abrupt and condescending but did not pursue the issue. The property manager (Kerry) was unavailable so l was provided with her details. Over the following week, l left multiple messages via text, voicemail and email but had not heard back. In the meantime, l have been actively involved with 5 other proper real estate agents who have been nothing but courteous and professional. Considering Biggin Scott constantly floods the neighbourhood with their advertising flyers prompting the outstanding service they provide, l decided to follow up my initial enquiry today as l saw the townhouse is still advertised. I walked straight to the polite receptionist and of course it wasn't long before Gayle once again interrupted in the rudest manner l have encountered. First l was told to wait as Kerry was on the premises but then was informed by Gayle that the property had been leased even though it wasn't available until the 4th of Feb. When l asked why she had told me l could not apply for the property until l had inspected it and could not inspect it until February, she went into an absolute rage! She raised her voice and scolded me like a child. It was unbelievable to behold. She then proceeded to inform me that if l complain about her to the director, he wouldn't do anything about it. Suffice to say, that this disgustingly arrogant overall experience by a business that seems to believe the current media hype that they are all -powerful due to the rental crisis (which surprise surprise doesn't exist), have proven that they are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters!

Don't waste your time with this agent who employ the worst rental property managers we have ever come across in Louise Reid and Carly Derbyshire. We could use every bad/negative word imaginable to describe them but it would take too long. Don't go anywhere near them, you will live to regret it. They are not tenant focussed with a number of their properties (apartment blocks like The Mark) having a huge turn-around of tenants due to dissatisfaction. They are thieves! ABSOLUTELY NO STARS BUT ONE IS THE MINIMUM.
