I understand the need to send off weather balloons to take measurements and readings however, if theyre getting stuck in peoples trees and gardens come around and fix your mess! I spent an afternoon untangling your balloon line from my tree and despite emailing Daniel Hayes hoping to get the BoM to collect their balloon stuck in a street tree and the radiosonde I have had no reply. Ive had to disassemble the radiosonde to be recycled and still the balloon is littering our street with pieces of rubber that gets washed down the drain. Have some integrity.

I've worked in government for years, As a workplace, BOM is by far the most toxic and unprofessional environment. From day 1, managers are not aligned, staff swearing at one another. My position was already being completed by another staff member, so why was I hired? 16 contractors start and quit within 3 months. 3 CISOs in a year. Do. Not. Work. Here.

Forecast inaccurate most of the time, feel like this organisation not getting into work properly or not educated.
