Moved into a new house and was instantly pounced on by these guys to do it within 4 days, agreed with the ease of doing it online and signing in myself, but was constantly told I didn't have an account so said screw it. Was hounded day and night via phone to answer the survey even though it was an optional thing but their actions said otherwise, had constant home visits as well... If you're not going to make it convenient like I was told, why will I put out my busy time for an optional survey. On the last survey was threatened with a fine if I didn't answer the phone and complete it... 10/10 customer service! Maybe if you had a better system and service you'd get the responses you need.

i had to do a phone survey with Australia bureau of statistics because i was randomly selected. which is really annoying for me because i hate feedback and surveys. the questions i got asked were very nosey. sorry i don't believe it's randomly selected. i reckon you have a game plan who you are going to pick. I found it suss i was the only person selected from 406 nepean highway frankston vic.
