The worst experience, after colonoscopy & endoscopy by Dr.David Rubinstein I had continues pain in my stomach and bleeding in toilet I waited for two weeks and it was not cured. I went to get Dr.Rubinstein advice, after an hour waiting he refused to talk to me. He was looking at me but communicating through the nurse. The nurse conveyed doctors message to me telling me to get another a new referral letter from my GP and call Rubinstein private room for a new appointment. I was standing at the corridor of the clinic having my stomach in my hands due strong pain with internal bleeding. Again he refused to help me or give me an advice and nurse told me go and make appointment with his private room. I spent another two weeks at home. Now after 32 days from the procedure my pain got better but lost weight and my face looks pale due to blood lose. Still bleeding but not too much. Doctors should observe professional ethics and give priority to patient life and well being in compare to earning money. Pushing a patient with pain and bleeding to wait weeks just for money is not a human type behaviour. Hope this will not happens to any other patient. Hakeem Hekmat
