The receptionist staff is very rude. Coming from a Public hospital she called the department asking for results. If she is having a bad day at work dont take it out on other people. She was very rude and mean over the phone. each hospital has different protocols and when explaining it to her she was very rude and racist. Would recommend that the reception staff stay there for long because of her unprofessionalism.

I have previously used this service with no problem. In the recent attempted visit I have discovered this practice has chosen to discriminate against patients who will not give there C-19 vaccination status or are not vaccinated. It seems as advised by the practice manager they have 2 different rules for 2 different class off people. Also advised this is not classed as discrimination if it is policy. I have requested since the 23rd of January for a copy of this policy and have received nothing. I encourage everyone seek medical assistance if needed but I would try my best not to use any establishment that chooses actively to discriminate against certain people.
