Our two-bedroom apartment which we rented for $480 was relisted with this company for $650. Yowza! Didn't notify us of inspection, didn't knock and just let themselves in.

I found this agency to be very dishonest and misleading when trying to buy a property through them. Avoid if possible.

Whilst I can't say this about all of the agents that I've encountered, Sharlene Law (Senior Property Manager at Noel Jones) has provided exceptional service from the moment she took over the management of the property that I was leasing. As a tenant, it can be difficult to feel like you've been listened to or acknowledged. Sharlene is friendly, hard working and has an attention to detail that should be valued highly in her line of work. She doesn't miss a beat, remembers who you are, and provides incredibly fast and helpful support. I'd go so far as to say that she goes over and above in her line of work to ensure that owners and tenants alike are both happy. I don't think I've ever come across a Property Manager such a pleasure to deal with, and I'm incredibly grateful that I have! I highly recommend working with Sharlene, as she will make you feel at ease. :)
