        GP was nice enough to complete the form However the practice manager requests $150 for the form to be handed to customer whilst a specialist will complete the job for free a form for emergency treatment

        People are way too harsh on this doctors practice, the doctors dont rush your appointments and the front staff are extremely friendly. Been our family GP clinic for the last few years now. Great work!
