Dr Grace was unprofessional, rush and rude, not caring at all. She gave me the wrong antibacterial treatment for my medical condition, I realised it until I visited other doctors and they told me I have been using the wrong treatment, which led to the bacteria resistant to antibiotics.

I agree with other negative comments on Dr Grace. She was uncaring, rush, blunt and to an extend rude. My son was unwell and explain to her how unwell he was. All she repeatedly asked was "Symptom, Symptom, just tell me Symptom", as if she was rushing to finish the day. She was not even willing to check his throat because she said you didn't do a RAT test. I said it would help if the reception let us know in advance we would have done one beforehand. For a $90 consultation, I expect a bit more care and just some basic respect to a patient. Will never go again.

Grace Dario, diagnosed my 21 year old son with a rare incurable neurological disorder that occurs in women over the age of 50. He was distraught and very concerned. She managed this in a 10min consultation without any scans pathology or referral to a neurologist. It turns out his wisdom tooth is causing the jaw pain.
