I have been seeing Shom for many years. He is such a kind & caring specialist who has so much knowledge. He has made a huge difference to my life. Reception staff are always helpful & courteous.

Cant speak highly enough of this clinic and the team there. Doctor Chang was really informative and spent a lot of time going through my history and symptoms. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a good rheumatologist.

12 month visit to Dr Shom. Love is relaxed professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble to explain and always offers me the option of sending an email if I need to during the year. (Which he promptly answers ). Cant recommend Dr Shom highly enough.

All aspects of my appointment were outstanding. Nancy at reception was very helpful and friendly when arranging my appointment and again on the day of the appointment. Dr Shom Bhattacharjee has an excellent bedside manner, is very thorough in his diagnosis, takes time to explain things, answer any questions and plan the next steps.

Dr Shom came across as very professional and switched on. He was able to definitively rule out Sjogrens based on my test results. Unfortunately he couldnt give me a proper diagnosis that could explain all my symptoms. Although he did suggest that my symptoms were consistent with fibromyalgia, he said he couldnt do anything further for me in that regard and that hed have to recommend a different rheumatologist, a Dr Daniel Lewis who I had actually considered seeing first. A bit disappointed that I left without a formal diagnosis and that Im back to square one with having to go back to my GP and get another referral to Dr Lewis. In the end it was a very expensive way to find out the right specialist to see. I should add that they triage cases before accepting them, so Dr Shom had reviewed my medical history and symptoms before deciding to take me on. This makes me question why they would agree to take on the case of a patient that they cant do anything for.
