My partner has been with Axis for over five months now, has had no job opportunities, consistently has his appointments cancelled last minute and isn't informed of when or if it's been rescheduled. This has been an incredibly poor experience and I can see why Axis has such a terrible reputation amongst the job agencies. Fortunately, I've been able to get him work where Axis has failed. I would not recommend this group and if you are with them, I recommend swapping to a different group, where you might actually receive some form of assistance.

These people do not care one bit at all.... follow there strict rules and even when you have they may still not except it and cut you off until you make another appointment , and trying to make another appointment take hours or days for them to call you. They are spiteful disrespectful and very intimidating towards you ,Its there way or nothing ! And if you cant make it in there unreasonable time they have made for a new appointment will keep you cut off... no sympathy at all for you... its there way or no way ! They should not have that authority power if there going to abuse it and cut off payment until they are satisfied you have meet their STRICKECD RULES , not bending at all with them ! and even if they know you circumstances they will act ignorant because centrelink still says you can do it and if centrelink says it they inforce it with an iron fist with a middle finger even if your waiting to hear back from centrelink, they dont care one bit, its not their problem.
