Do not take your caravan here for repairs and assume that they have been carried out. We went for a full under carriage service. At the end we were told they can't check electric brakes but that the brake pads etc were fine - they were not and we had serious brake issues going downhill! They did give us the money back on the service and pay for the brakes on our car to be fixed as we'd burnt them out due to no caravan brakes but things could have been a lot worse.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Haydn and the team. From the first phone call to the completion of repairs to our van (after a backing mishap!), we couldnt have been happier. We purchased a two year old van from this business and sad to say that the service was less than acceptable. The van wasnt cleaned let alone detailed as promised. The stove still had cooking spills, toothpaste from the previous owners on the bathroom tap, the cutlery draw was filthy. We were promised a full service better than other companies do but we are yet to receive said service papers that actually details what was promised. When asked we were provided with a check list, not service papers. One of those checks was to ensure gas bottles were filled. On our first trip away we discovered two empty gas bottles. Last email has been ignored. Poor service from a big local company.
