Clear communication Having the responsibility of being an executor of a deceased estate, living interstate and not being familiar with the current property environment in Balwyn North, l was dependent on Rino and his expertise when selling my relatives property. He instilled trust in the client/agent relationship and demonstrated clear communication. Although I was not based in Balwyn North he kept me informed on a daily basis, was astute in marketing strategy advising to sell before auction for a good result.

I cannot imagine a better real estate agent than Mark Fletcher. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and supportive throughout the process. He is a brilliant auctioneer and a lovely person. He achieved an excellent result for us. I recommend him unreservedly.

One of the worst experiences dealing with this agency, we inspected a rental property and applied for it in next few hours, we even called them personally to let them know that the property is ideal for us as we have businesss in the area. Then we waited a couple of days to hear back, just to find that the property is listed for inspection again. We tried calling the property manager Edward 5 times but he was never available and never bothered to return our calls. He finally returned the call 3 days later just to let us know that the landlord wants to select someone whos willing to pay 6 months rent in advance. This is the prime example of why the rental market is in crisis, because of greedy landlords and unethical property managers. We are thinking of buying our own property soon, but Fletchers would be the last place we would go to. Absolutely pathetic experience
