Good luck getting your bond back without headaches. They (more specifically Justyn) made it very difficult. After paying premium fees for cleaners, gardeners and tradesman Justyn picked on the smallest little details which you would not usually notice (eg made me drive an hour to remove a nice looking soap bottle left for the new tenants).

UPDATE: This agent is still up to their old tricks, now advertising rental properties as "Suits Budgets Between $ - $$$". Lol. Have you heard about the new renting law that you must advertise or offer a fixed price? This blatant disregard for new legislation needs to be reported (and it will). Dodgy as ever Colin Knight. You just can't help yourself can you? Sweeping changes to Victorias Renting Laws are due to take effect from March 29, 2021. Fixed price advertisements: 1. Rental providers and estate agents can only advertise or offer rental properties at a fixed price. 2. Ban on inviting rental bids. Finally there is legislation that outlaws this disgraceful practice! No more "rental inquiry range" BS. How do you like them apples Colin Knight Real Estate? :-D
