From one number to another...to their chat...NO ONE wil talk...or resolve...just give out numbers and send you round in circles MASSIVE FAIL OPTUS no customer care at ALL...wasted hours trying to resolve to no avail...funny how when you ring SALES they pick up straight away...any issues...massive buck passers...take your money...service ends there
